Summary:

As the country endeavors to cope with the coronavirus, we have been prompted to ask: In the fact of an emergency – an it’s debatable whether the coronavirus presents an emergency – does the government and the various states have the right to accrue to themselves the powers to control the citizenry, close businesses, close parks, self quarantine at home, and basically make people inactive or to make them do anything that the governor’s office deems they should do?
